Job Title: Technical Solution Architect

Role Summary

We are looking for a Technology Solution Manager, to be responsible to understand client’s business requirements, engagement with key portfolios across regions, provide insights and feedback to delivery teams and CT Demand products and process workflows. The role will work closely with Solution Architects, product costing, product manager, domain experts in Service Lines and other Client Technology team members to enable delivery of Technical Solution and Cost Estimations.

Your key responsibilities:

·      Maintain end-to-end accountability for customer satisfaction and overall delivery excellence.

·      Be an active liaison with the Service Line (SL) Demand Managers to ensure the SL demand pipeline is developed and prioritised consistently to support the business vision and growth strategies.

·      Assist in process and product advisory during strategic portfolio conversations.

Coordinate with Resource Planners to ensure the required resources to fulfil proposed solution plans are available.

·      Follow standard methodologies, processes, and tools, and respond to customer questions, concerns, and inquiries within defined service level agreements (SLAs).

To qualify for the role, you must have

·      The ability to work and team effectively with clients and other management and PPEDD-level stakeholders across geographies, demonstrating strong customer focus.

·      Project management and business analysis skills, including facilitation, process documentation, scope management, cost management, and requirements gathering.

Understanding of the latest cloud computing and data technologies.

·      Adopt a logical and organised approach to problem resolution.

·      Ability to clearly articulate both problems and proposed solutions.

·      Willingness to learn and quick to adapt to changing requirements.

·      Demonstrate the ability to identify and recommend process improvements.

·      Excellent management, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication, and organizational skills

Ideally, you should also have

·      Minimum of 7 years overall IT industry experience

·      Bachelor’s degree in related discipline, or equivalent work experience

·      Business Analyst, Product Analyst or Quality Analyst experience is a plus.

·      Familiar with the latest technologies in the Microsoft Azure landscape

·      Work experience in a professional services industry, preferred
